Rotary Air Lock Valve :-

PYRPOSE:-

The purpose of this equipement is to discharge powder material rate and trape the air .

WORKING PRINCIPLE :-

 Duering oprating cycle each pocket of rotor comes underneath the hopper and get filled with the powder material (position -1) the pocket gets emptied it comes  at discharge and (position -4) . During  the cyclone no.2 & 3 always retain filled and empty.

LOCING OF AIR :-

Precision and carefully machining maintain very close clearance between cyclinder inside wall and vanes of rotor . During entire cyclone of rotation , tips maintain sealing position with the cyclone wall and do not allow air to lock........

rotary air lock valve is driven through dependable speed reducer gear box and electic motor . The driven system is through combination of coupling , V. belts, chain sprocket driven depending on application and severity of opration . Starter is used for over load protection to motor and mounted near the installation for quick ON-OFF opration
