STS” ULTRA FINE MILL

                                             “STS” Ultra   Fine Mill (Screen less) are precisely build for grinding of soft to medium  hard material into amazingly fine powder .  Built in water circulation jacket and additional air injection facility   retainers grinding temperature lower than other wise , permitting handling of season application .  Design permits  ease to cleaning  & quickly change over of product , Thus Saving through a minimum  of downtime .

                                          Feed  is controlled via screw feeder . The air swept product passes through a complex grinding contour where attrition force combined with turbo (jet) effect ensure ultra fine particle size .The annular gap plate controls the flow of material through the mill . The powder is discharge at the bottom opening , for collection.
